This is not your ordinary wellness retreat. Bring in the New Year on a journey along the Southern Caribbean coastal regions of Costa Rica and the Bocas del Toro Islands of Panama. Experience the majestic views and the abundant wildlife as you explore the lush RainForests of both Costa Rica and Panama. Go island hopping in Panama and go back in time spending a day on Bastimentos Island. An island inhabited by the black Caribbean peoples of Panama where the culture and colorful charm of yesteryear will make you feel right at home.

During this retreat you will experience the beauty and tranquility that most have only dreamed of.
You will join me in a 7 day holistic detox and cleansing in the Healing to Wholeness immersive experience. For 7 days you will experience hands-on learning in cooking classes taught by a Master Chef while savoring delicious vegetarian, vegan and raw food meals. Guided mindfulness and meditation practices will be offered, as well as, stress management activities such as, aerial yoga, pilates and Yhk Repose Method classes.

Day 1

Arrival. Dinner reception and city tour.

 

Day 2

Scenic drive along the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica where you will visit beautiful beaches along the way to Limon, Cahuita and Puerto Viejo.

 

Day 3 -9

Cross the border to the beautiful Country of Panama where you will be transported by water taxi to the Bocas del Toro Islands. You will spend 7 days and nights in an exclusive villa on Isla Solarte. This is where you will begin your immersive healing journey. Each day will begin with morning sun salutations, meditation and stretching. Each meal served will be an experience as you engage in hands-on learning, from a master chef, on how to prepare delectable and nutritionally balanced vegan or vegetarian meals. In between meals you will have guided tours of the nine islands, each with their very own personalities and characteristics. You will have time to choose your activity interests, beit snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, or just soaking up the sun while relaxing on the private beach. Evenings will be filled with fellowship and special activities that will enhance your personal growth experience.
